3.6-Liter Pentastar V6

You know it, you love it, and you can always rely on it! This tried and true engine is still available for the 2025 Ram 1500, and we're talking about none other than the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6! This engine pairs with the eTorque mild hybrid system, and delivers 305 horsepower, and 269 lb-ft of torque. The Pentastar V6 has racked up many awards over the years, and you can continue to enjoy it for 2025! With this engine, the Ram 1500 can tow up to 8,100 pounds, and handle up to 2,300 pounds of payload.

3.0-Liter Hurricane

In addition to the classic 3.6-liter V6, you can also enjoy some of the new powertrain options that Ram is debuting for 2025! We're excited to introduce the 3.0-liter Hurricane inline-6, which provides drivers with 420 horsepower, and 469 lb-ft of torque. For those who choose this engine, your Ram 1500 will be able to tow up to 11,560 pounds when properly equipped, and haul up to 1,910 pounds of payload. This engine is part of Stellantis's new Hurricane lineup, all of which are designed to help drivers reduce emissions and drive more efficiently.

Hurricane High Output

Are you someone who likes to push the limits and put the pedal to the metal? If so, then there's an engine just for you! The 2025 Ram 1500 offers a special high-output version of the Hurricane inline-6, which is the 3.0-liter Hurricane High Output Straight-Six Turbo, or SST. This engine is one of the most powerful six-cylinders in its segment, rated at 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque! Equipped with this engine, drivers can access up to 11,580 pounds of towing capability, and a maximum payload of up to 2,300 pounds! Not only that, but the Ram 1500 can also ford up to 2 feet of water for the 2025 model year!

2025 Ram REV
