This premium owner loyalty program is loaded with great perks and benefits that brings the utmost care and dedicated service to Jeep owners 24/7. Jeep is extending the premium customer care program to the entire 2021 Jeep Brand lineup and extending memberships from 24 month sto 36 months to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the brand. What kind of benefits does this program offer?
One of the biggest benefits of the Jeep Wave program is the No Additional Cost Worry-Free Maintenance. As the memberships have been extended from 24 months to 36 months, your Jeep’s first three oil changes and tire rotations are on the house and performed by specially trained Jeep technicians and mechanics. Vehicle protection is another great benefit. For the duration of your Powertrain Limited Warranty, you are granted access to the Jeep Wave’s 24/7 roadside assistance, trip interruption coverage up to $1,000 per occurrence, and no-charge same-day vehicle rentals during routine maintenance at our service department. The Jeep Wave hotline also offers 24/7 phone and online chat support to answer any questions or concerns that you may have, no matter the time of the day.
Who can join the Jeep Wave Program?
All 2021 Jeep models sold at Three Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are automatically enrolled in the Jeep Wave Program. Select Jeep models from the 2016 to 2020 model years are also automatically enrolled in the program. Included in that group are all Cherokee, Compass, and Renegade Trailhawk trim levels, all Gladiator trim levels, and Wrangler trim levels, and Grand Cherokee Overland - Trackhawk trim levels. If your Jeep model does not fall into the category, you can choose to buy into the program if your Jeep model is a 2015 model or newer. This is an additional cost at the time of purchase when shopping at Three Rivers CDJR.
