Sahar & Jim were very good in the sales dept - I highly recommend if you are buying a new car - always stop to consider a Jepp, Ram, Dodge or Chrysler. Mike in service is always smiling and happy to help with any service needs that come up. Most of their employees have been there for a long time and it shows that the dealership really cares as well as the employees.

OK first and foremost I’d like to start off by saying Frank and Mike and the nice lady there all the guys behind the counter, including her are awesome. Even the nice lady behind the registered where you have to pay at unfortunately that’s where that ends well the problem was fixed on my 2020 Jeep gladiator there must’ve been a mess up with my spike lug nuts. I love it I have had it serviced every three months, including my other Jeep liberty for 25 years and every other service I have only taken it to this establishment. Three Rivers mechanics claimed parts needed to fix our 2009 van was no longer available, therefore van couldn't be fixed and suggested we donate the van to veterans. Even offered to call the veterans to come to Three Rivers to pick it up. We had AAA tow our van to another place for service where our van was repaired in a timely manner and is running very well. Very disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of professionalism at Three Rivers.
The entire service department desk folks are phenomenal wonderful. Mike in particular is reliably efficient, kind and professional.

I have dealt with them for many years and probably over 20 vehicles. They are the best dealer I have dealt with. Owning a business I am looking for service quality and pricing.
Always treated good ,and have had repairs done the way needed. Only bad thing is when I went to the parking lot they parked my car and another car was parked so close had to enter thru passenger side door
Working with the Sales team at this Jeep dealership was a good experience. They worked with me to solve an issue of miscommunication, understood my concern and worked with me to resolve the issue. While there was an issue within the service on my vehicle, Taylor their GM listened to my concerns and worked well to rectify the issue and land on a resolution. Taylor and the sales team worked well to make sure you felt like a valuable customer.
The dealership service is excellent. I have 3 new cars from here, always good service. However, the inability to get needed parts from Jeep was a big problem in this case. I lost the use of my car for 3 months. A loaner vehicle was not offered which left me without the car for months. It is unacceptable to sell warranties on cars and not be able to service the problem. I have never experienced so much ease with purchasing a car as I have with this dealership. The process was seamless, communicative, and thoughtful. Sahar is excellent at listening to her customers needs, and respectfully propose solutions; in my case, she said she did not have a solution to what I was looking for, but a few weeks later she called me and said she was ready with a great solution, I ended up leading 2 vehicles from her. Great follow up, organized and respectful.
The oil change was done well. They did not turn off the need an oil change alert.
I had my car in for an inspection last year and was told it would cost $1700 and had it done at another garage for $700.
Also I had a new battery put in last year and was told I needed all my fluids changed. The car only had about 35. - 40000 miles. Even another customer heard and thought that was not true.

The service was courteous, responsive, fast and took care of the work while I waited.
Tried to take advantage of me by over-charging an easy labor task. The quote was for 1340 which is more than a 1000 over the cost of the part. A seasoned mechanic could do the job in 5 minutes. I pulled my vehicle and ordered the part myself. I will not use this dealership again.
